A campaign and exhibition design that tells the story of the eventful lives of the Bentvueghels.
Brief
For the new exhibition called ‘The Bentvueghels’ HouseTMM developed the artwork and direction for the campaign, as well as a 25 meter long introductory wall at the beginning of the exhibition. On the wall the visitor gets a crash-course in all the relevant peculiarities and rituals that the Bentvueghels engaged in, so that the viewer is well prepared to dive into the exhibition.

Approach
To give room for all the different aspects of the story of the Bentvueghels we created a wall in collage style, where different elements of paintings are collected to tell a new narrative about this group of Dutch artists. The images are combined with typography, amongst which are the ‘Bentnames’ the group members would give each other.
